jl1 is strictly for adults 21 years of age or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and enforced at account registration through identity verification. No exceptions are permitted.
Each player may hold only one active jl1 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances held in the duplicate account.
Eligible winnings are withdrawable subject to identity verification and applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Standard GCash withdrawals process within 1–2 hours of approval.
All promotional bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and real funds are accounted for separately.
jl1 operates under a PAGCOR license. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR's regulatory authority.
Use of software, scripts, bots, or any exploit to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate account termination with forfeiture of all balances, including real-money funds accrued through such means.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering a jl1 account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy as currently published.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 11.
2.3 These Terms supersede all prior oral or written communications, representations, or agreements between jl1 and the User with respect to the subject matter herein.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money game on jl1. This requirement is non-negotiable and is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed online gambling operators in the Philippines.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online casino and gambling services is legal. It is your sole responsibility to verify local laws before registering.
3.3 Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. Individuals who are legally prohibited from gambling (e.g., PAGCOR-registered self-excludees) are not eligible to register or maintain an account.
3.4 Prohibited Persons. jl1 employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to hold a Player account or claim promotional offers.
4.1 Single Account. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) jl1 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. Providing false identity information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.
4.3 KYC Verification. jl1 reserves the right to require Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Account functionality (including withdrawals) may be suspended pending completion of KYC verification.
4.4 Account Currency. All jl1 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Exchange rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of the transaction.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl1 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your account with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
5.2 You agree to notify jl1 immediately via Live Chat support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or if your credentials have been compromised.
5.3 jl1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials, provided that jl1 has not been negligent in its own security obligations.
5.4 jl1 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, SMS, or telephone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
6.1 Deposits may be made via approved payment methods, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available methods are displayed in your account dashboard and are subject to change.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
6.3 jl1 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party sources may be withheld pending investigation and returned to the originating source.
6.4 jl1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jl1 bears no responsibility.
6.5 All deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt. jl1 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
7.1 Eligibility. Only Real Money Balance funds are withdrawable. Bonus Balance funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to Real Money Balance.
7.2 Verification. jl1 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission and review.
7.3 Processing Times. jl1 targets a 1–2 hour processing time for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. These timeframes are targets, not contractual guarantees, and may be affected by circumstances outside jl1's control.
7.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.
7.5 Right to Withhold. jl1 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or where a chargeback dispute has been raised by the Player on a prior deposit.
7.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. An administrative fee of ₱200 per month may be deducted from any remaining Real Money Balance after due notice is given to the registered email address.
8.1 jl1 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to individual terms published alongside the offer, which form part of these Terms.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty (30) times on eligible games before they may be withdrawn. Specific promotions may carry different requirements — always refer to the individual promotion terms.
8.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and bingo may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
8.4 Abuse. jl1 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-house-edge games to fulfil wagering requirements, operating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or coordinating with other players.
8.5 Bonuses expire if not claimed or if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the time period specified in the applicable promotion terms. Expired bonus balances are forfeited without compensation.
9.1 All games on jl1 operate under the individual game rules published within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules prevail with respect to that specific game.
9.2 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, communications error, or disconnection during a game round, jl1 will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected round may be refunded at jl1's discretion. jl1 is not liable for losses arising from such events.
9.3 RNG Certification. All Random Number Generator (RNG) outcomes on jl1 are produced by certified systems independently tested for statistical fairness. Game outcome records are stored and available for dispute review.
9.4 Live Dealer. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card draws, dice rolls, or wheel spins conducted by a human dealer on camera. These results are final and not subject to reversal except in cases of a declared malfunction by jl1.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on jl1:
Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
11.1 By jl1. jl1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or court order.
11.2 By the Player. You may request account closure at any time by contacting jl1 Live Chat support. Any legitimate Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.
11.3 Responsible Gaming Closure. Players who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons will receive priority processing. jl1 will implement the closure within twenty-four (24) hours of the request, and the player will be registered on jl1's responsible gaming exclusion list.
12.1 jl1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.
12.2 Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings panel. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they may be increased.
12.3 Players may request a cooling-off period (temporary self-exclusion of 24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion directly through jl1 Live Chat or the account settings panel.

13.1 All content on the jl1 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl1 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international copyright and trademark law.
13.2 You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jl1 content without prior written authorisation.
13.3 The jl1 name and logo are trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product or service is strictly prohibited.
14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jl1's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of the Player's Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.
14.2 jl1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise.
14.3 jl1 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities. jl1 will exercise reasonable diligence but cannot guarantee continuous availability.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jl1 Platform shall first be referred to jl1's customer support for informal resolution.
15.3 If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as jl1 is a PAGCOR-licensed operator.
15.4 Unresolved disputes may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
16.1 jl1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or prominent in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before they take effect, unless an earlier effective date is required by law or PAGCOR regulation.
16.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
